Credit & Collections Team Manager, NAM (night shift)
Location(s)
KrakowResponsibilities:
- Collection of receivables for NAM customers,
- Implementation of credit policies and procedures,
- Collection cycle and Past Due Receivables improvement,
- Performing credit assessment and setting credit lines per Customer,
- Support Bad Debt Reserve and Write Off processes,
- Assisting in preparation of regular management reports e.g. Collection Reports, A/R Ageing, etc.
- Processing of invoice clearings against payments/credit notes,
- Taking part in projects aimed at AR process improvements
- Provide daily supervision and coaching to the Credit Collections and Cash Application teams
- Ensure that all duties listed here above are fulfilled by the AR team
- Ensure an effective goal setting / performance review /development process is in place
- Ensure that all processes are performed according to SOX requirements
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies
- Lead by example
Basic Qualifications:
- Very good level of English - at least CEFR B2 level
- 3+ years of experience across Accounts Receivable processes, preferably 1-2 years of leadership experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Collections or other finance departments,
- Working knowledge of SAP experience or other ERP will be an asset,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Must be professional and ethical with high integrity,
- Should have excellent analytical skills,
- Process-driven and organized, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests,
- Experience with a Shared Service model.
