Total Rewards Analyst - International (Ireland)

WP Engine is seeking an International Total Rewards Analyst who will support our employees in EMEA and APAC with all things compensation and benefits. This role will help us scale, drive business results and continuously improve our benefit processes and programs to attract, motivate and retain a diverse international workforce.

Additionally, this role will help support compensation analytics, research and propose new benefit offerings and understand global market trends. This role is highly collaborative with the Total Rewards Team, Payroll, People Operations and Systems.

The Day to Day

Benefits:

  • Manage international benefit design and administration and programs through the employee life cycle.
  • Lead localizing benefits by country that aligns with our global benefit programs and policies.
  • Lead the benefit renewals in Ireland, UK, Australia, and Poland with international brokers along with leading employee communications for each location.
  • Manages and maintains relationships with our international benefit vendors.
  • Owns the data entry process for employee benefits in Workday.
  • Support employee compensation and benefit questions for all international employees.
  • Partner closely with international payroll on compensation and benefits changes.
  • Owns content management in partnership with the Total Rewards team of our international total rewards policies and programs on our intranet site.

Compensation:

  • Responsible for compensation data governance including ownership and maintenance of our job architecture, salary structures, and sales commissions targets in Workday.
  • Assist in the annual compensation planning process, including merit, promotions, bonus and equity.
  • Participate in global compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information.
  • Provide ad hoc compensation analytics to support the Total Rewards team.
  • Provide market insights such as competitive market trends for our international locations.
  • Helps support our total rewards statements internationally and the rollout of new Workday features.
  • Continually evaluate for and implement process efficiencies.

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • 3-5 years of related compensation and benefits experience.
  • HRIS experience - Workday international benefits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective time and project management skills.
  • Maintains current knowledge of laws, standards, legislation, and emerging trends that may affect Benefits and Total Rewards practices.
  • Data driven focus that can translate information and data into executive ready presentations that offer solutions to promote growth and change.
  • Employee Experience mindset.
  • BA in Human Resource Management or related experience.
  • Relationship builder, taking time to work with other departments and functions to drive the best results.
  • Above average analytical skills, especially in Google suite products.
