What's the role?

As we expand our system development team, we are seeking a new member to join us. You will be part of a cross-functional project team tasked with developing highly differentiated anchoring systems and shaping our technology roadmaps.

Your role will involve designing and engineering cutting-edge mechanical/chemical systems within an interdisciplinary team, taking ownership of technical concepts, and overseeing their implementation from the initial idea to series production.

What does the role involve?

As an experienced mechanical engineer, you develop innovative and high-performing anchoring systems. Step into the shoes of our end-customers and explore new ways to enhance our products, making them more efficient and improving their users' lives by focusing on enhancements such as ergonomics, usability, and productivity. You actively contribute to shaping our technology platform to create world-class engineered products. Work closely with internal and external partners as well as key stakeholders. Assess the technical maturity and associated risk profile of various solutions. Bring a proactive mindset, hands-on mentality, as well as a "can-do, will-do" attitude to achieve outstanding results together with your team.

What you need is:

  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
  • 6-10 years of professional experience in development projects or related technology fields
  • Distinct knowledge in a variety of relevant production / manufacturing technologies
  • Experience in planning and implementation of relevant working methods (development and mechanical design methods, test methods, simulation methods) and with relevant tools (Preferred Siemens NX CAD)
  • Strong analytical skills to summarize and present complex issues in a comprehensible way and affinity to practical activities.
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate internationally
