For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Expert.

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Financial analysis and control
• Responsible for the recurring and ad-hoc reporting of the entity in scope
• Review of P&L and BS statements of the entity in scope
• Drive various initiatives for optimization of financial performance
• Month-end closing activities
• Provide expert financial and accounting advice to local stakeholders and other departments
• Apply critical thinking and challenge the inputs of the others
• Proactive development/ improvement/ stabilization of new processes
• Drive constant process automation and optimization
• Direct contact person to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• 4+ years experience in Finance (experience in Controlling is a strong advantage)
• Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading);
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proactive person with a strong drive to learn and advance in the area of Controlling
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, well-organized, ability to prioritize
• Willing to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to establish logic links among different data sources
