The Transfer Pricing Analyst is accountable, together with Manager, for preparation of the Transfer Pricing Documentation at a global level, including preparing/collating segmented financials, participating in functional interviews with key business leaders, reviewing benchmarking analysis and reports, coordinating with external transfer pricing advisors, etc. 

The TPA is responsible for assisting with company’s operational transfer pricing framework, including analysing transactional level profitability based on modelling of certain inputs and assumptions, global reporting and planning.

Responsibilities:

Transfer Pricing Compliance

Provide support for the Transfer Pricing Documentation ( Master, Local File, Country-by-Country Report), and all other locally required transfer pricing disclosures/filings as required by local tax regulations. 

Pre-processing of information (financial data, accounting records, and financial statements, agreements etc.) necessary for each phase of the transfer pricing projects. 

Transfer Pricing Financial Reporting and Planning

Assist with regional/entity level PBT financials projections and forecasts based on targeted transfer pricing/profitability margins reflecting the functional profile of relevant affiliates.

Support Garrett’s global transfer pricing function in identifying and developing transfer pricing planning opportunities, which maximize savings on a defensible basis.

Contribute to the review of technology and process improvements to improve transfer pricing monitoring and enforcement. 

We need: 

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, Law or Economics. 

A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Transfer pricing, Tax or related area such as Controlling or Financial audit. 

Have minimum 2-year relevant experience in the Transfer Pricing field. 

Experience in other relevant areas (e.g. audit, accounting, tax advisory etc) would be beneficial. 

US GAAP accounting and experience with SAP, HFM (or another ERP system) strongly desired. 

Good command of the Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel, Word, Power Point).

Attention to detail, with a sense of responsibility and delivery of results.

Very strong communication skills, both verbally & writing in English, ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply to non-experts.
