This position is responsible for assisting the Operations Innovation team with a variety of projects that support the creating, testing, and rolling out of net new operations innovation to address identified business challenges, including piloting and implementation of technology efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Manager of Operations Innovation with implementation, testing, and business case validation for approved projects.
- Participate in cross-functional working teams by attending in person meetings and conference calls to support collaboration on delivering key project tasks.
- Assist with work measurement studies, analyze throughput, and conduct cycle times to improve operational efficiencies
- Assist with implementing operational processes for new systems, equipment, procedures
- Assist with development of project update communications and participate in project recap presentations to executive stakeholders
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Required Minimum: Enrolled in 4-year college degree, completed at least Junior year
- Required Minimum: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred: relevant experience in restaurant or retail industry
