The Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by crafting activations to push our most strategic ad solutions to market and identifying key product needs from our biggest clients. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London, Milan, Madrid and multiple US locations.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Europe. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with in-market sales, headquarter product and local product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital marketing/media. This is a full-time position.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Europe. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with in-market sales, headquarter product and European product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital marketing/media, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a fixed-term (6 months) position based in London.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Own products go-to-market strategy and adoption for TikTok's Performance Ads (Web) advertising solutions across EUI.
  • Become the product expert and partnering closely with sales team to deeply understand customer pain points, vertical needs and business requirements
  • Drive growth and adoption of products in Europe; set goals, manage launches and develop tool kits to be implemented locally.
  • Collaborate with HQ product teams and XFN to define the product positioning and execute activations for TikTok's Performance Ads (Web) products in Europe
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Activation team in local markets to help spread the regional product narrative across Europe.
  • Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
  • Collect product feedback and market intelligence to act as the voice-of-customer for product teams, guiding and helping prioritise upstream development to shape future Performance Ads (Web) solutions.
  • Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience working within media in a marketing or product marketing capacity (4+ years of experience)
  • Strong knowledge of media sales and performance solutions (lower funnel solutions, advertising effectiveness solutions)
  • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
  • A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
