Job Description

As Partner Marketing Manager you will collaborate with partners and our sales and partnership teams to understand our clients’ needs and objectives and how we and our partners can address them. You will set up many processes from scratch and set the foundation of our Partner Marketing efforts. In parallel to ideation and campaign execution you will develop a partner and marketplace marketing strategy aligned with our overall marketing and business strategy. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Collaborate with our sales and partnerships team to define areas of interest to our clients and challenges they are facing in their recruiting efforts to ideate content, format and campaigns with our partners together to address them
  • Plan and coordinate partner-related events and content (ie. blogposts and case studies), such as joint webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Ensure seamless execution and maximum visibility at these events.
  • Create marketing collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, that highlight the joint value proposition
  • Lead and execute a ‘programmatic’ approach with our marketplace partners
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to execute events and campaigns and implement the right processes and tools to track results
  • Track and analyze the performance of partner & marketplace marketing programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Generate regular reports on partner & marketplace marketing performance for internal stakeholders
  • Use market insights to adjust and refine partner marketing strategies
  • Present findings and recommendations to function’s leadership
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
  • Ensure that our presence on our partners' marketplaces stays current, and maintain diligent tracking of our presence.
  • Furthermore, integrate Smartrecruiters into the marketplace of new partners.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B digital marketing experience, preferably partner marketing
  • Proven experience as digital marketer, community manager or partnership manager with a strong affinity for marketing and focus on revenue/commercial gains
  • Experience using a CRM (ie. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), Google Docs, Slides, Excel (not pro, but some affinity to get to the bottom of things)
  • Ability to independently ideate formats, content with partners, execute campaigns & analyse the results
  • Great communication skills are needed while managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to use data to create insights that inform overall strategy
  • Analytical, project management, and detail-oriented skills
