The game

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partner accounts to drive sales and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market sales trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

Account management:

  • Maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Perform daily sales activities, follow up with key accounts on the orders, negotiate orders volumes.
  • Negotiate terms with key accounts to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Coordinate promotions creation, product pre-sales, and other initiatives with key accounts.
  • Analysis and strategy:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance weekly and adjust the sales offers.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make proposals for improvement.
  • Plan and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Use market insights to make recommendations for business improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in account management or a sales executive role.
  • Prior experience in a gaming industry or a digital retail industry is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
