Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst, working to support the global CPESG TeamMate Finance team with activities including P&L analysis, reporting, budgeting, modelling and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the FP&A team on monthly reporting and analysis of key metrics, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all deliverables such as revenue analysis, inventory calculation, renewal/retention, cashflow
  • Assisting with the continuous refinement of annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Assisting with the continuous development of the FP&A function including review of systems, tools, controls, and processes to ensure the most appropriate and accurate insights can be generated
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining simulation and modelling systems for budgeting and forecasting
  • Analysis and modelling of scenarios using excel
  • Providing ad hoc analysis and project support as required supporting the broader finance transformation.
  • Managing the accuracy and completeness of any Finance work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, strong MIS skills;
  • SAP FI module experience;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Technical and financial accounting skills with a good knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP is an advantage.
  • Financial Modelling experience: building and creating various financial models.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be able to take ownership and accountability for your work.
  • Excellent communication skills - you will be expected to take an active approach in improving the service we offer to our internal customers.
