The EB, Graphic Design LEAP Intern will directly impact one of the most important elements of our people agenda, which is attracting and retaining the best of talent in the biopharma & healthcare industry through the power of combining creative assets and storytelling. 

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Developing and delivering various visual Employer Brand concepts, graphics, and layouts for employer branding campaigns (internal and external social media graphics, edits for videos, email graphics, GIFs etc.)
• Ensuring the final graphics and Employer Brand layouts are visually appealing and consistent across different channels and aligned to overall Sanofi EVP Framework and Employer branding identity guidelines
• Testing graphics across various media and based on them introducing further improvements
• Manage and develop production files for design collateral for multiple projects
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create a cohesive branding experience through all communication

What will make you a successful candidate?

• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong creative abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
