We are looking for a high achieving Finance Controller with a strong financial background that is looking to further their finance career into new heights. The Finance Controller will be part of a growing team of financial professionals with a project-oriented focus. What does the role involve?

As a Sales & Marketing Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering timely and accurate centralized sales compensation reports for META region and develop insight analysis.
• Support steering the business using different performance analysis tools.
• Business partnering with stakeholders in different departments.
• Analyzing financial and sensitive information, including communicating results with non-financial stakeholders.
• Take part of projects led by the HUB and Global teams to drive different initiatives in the region.

We care for our environment: In 2022, we increased recycled content in packaging from 5 to 10 percent in single use plastic and from 60 to 72 percent in cardboard.

What you need is:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-3 years’ experience in Finance.
• Degree level qualification in Accounting, Financial Management or similar.
• Strong excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
• Proficiency in English
