Job Functions(Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and tactical execution across our diverse portfolio of brands.*
  • Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement, demand, and sales for Hersheypark, The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, and supporting brands.*
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operational leaders to ensure marketing programs and strategies are fully aligned to success measures - working together to achieve a shared vision for brand integrity and business results.*
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Monitor marketing budgets, track expenses, and measure outcomes against established KPIs.*
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve business goals.*
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively apply those insights to enhance marketing efforts. Stay informed of the latest trends and news associated with the amusement park, resort, and hospitality industries.*
  • Monitor conditions of the market environment to adapt changes to previously established strategies. Identify and develop new growth strategies for digital marketing and be the champion of an ever-evolving marketing environment.*

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of Hospitality/Tourism/Marketing/Digital Marketing AND/OR related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as a leader, adept at developing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, ensuring consistent achievement of goals and business objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in the amusement park, resort, or hospitality industry.
  • Track record of driving successful marketing strategies that meet business goals.
