= Objective =

We are in search of a highly experienced and strategic Global Process Owner (GPO) for the Reporting & Analytics process area, to lead and optimize our end-to-end processes regarding AP reporting and analytics related activities within our dedicated Process Excellence Team (PET). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Data Strategy and Reporting IT Architecture, coupled with exceptional leadership, communication, and process optimization skills. Experience with financial, marketing and/or production reporting would be an advantage. As the GPO for Reporting & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in creating global consistency as well as improving efficiency and the customer experience in our business reporting landscape. You will lead a community of global, regional and country Business Experts to design the best possible Reporting & Analytics environment for numerous stakeholders across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to modernize and revolutionize the way the Agricultural Solutions division uses data to drive decision making.

= Key Responsibilities =

• Process Ownership: Assume full ownership of the Reporting & Analytics process area, encompassing all processes from data supply, data processing, data availability, reporting and analytics for all End-to-End process areas. Oversee all related activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for Reporting & Analytics related inquiries.
• Global Standardization: Collaborate with global, regional and local teams and stakeholders to establish and enforce global standard operating procedures and best practices for the Reporting & Analytics process area. Ensure consistent data processing methods, tools and standards across various entities and regions.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess the Reporting & Analytics data processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities. Lead data processing redesign initiatives to enhance customer as well as internal & external business partner experience and minimize errors.
• Risk Management: Implement robust internal controls to mitigate Reporting & Analytics related risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies within the process area, including risk assessment and mitigation measures. Proactively address potential disruptions.
• Technology Integration: Partner with IT teams to leverage technology solutions, such as data foundation platforms, BI tools and platforms, and interfaces to external systems, to streamline and enhance the Reporting & Analytics process area. Drive digital transformation initiatives to meet evolving internal and external business partner expectations.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of the Reporting & Analytics processes. Regularly report progress and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with process improvements and system implementations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Process Excellence Community (PEC), promote business partner-centric practices and design trainings.
• Talent Development: Mentor and guide a team of global process experts within the Process Excellence Community. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skill sets and capabilities.
• Main interface to GB and GD Process Owner community: Be the main contact person for all the existing process owners of GB and GD to ensure that AP specific process requirements and needs are fulfilled.

= Job Requirements =

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence or IT related field; Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is essential. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is often desired. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is also beneficial.
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in either Reporting Architecture, Business Intelligence, Database System Development or Controlling, with a strong focus on the Reporting & Analytics process and related activities.
• Experience working in Database Administration and the ability to write SQL is a plus.
