ABOUT THE TEAM

Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize data-driven decision making to identify growth and upsell opportunities and improve the performance of our growth efforts,
  • Prioritize initiatives based on highest potential impact. Scale the account management function,
  • Help design process, structure, and tools to effectively grow account management,
  • Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in relevant fields,
  • Min 2 years of sales and account management experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail sectors,
  • Analytical thinker, result oriented, high achiever, good team player, high sense of responsibility,
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment (can add startup),
  • Good in English communication,
  • Good command of MS Office applications, especially very good in Excel,
  • This position includes specialist, senior specialist and executive roles.

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex issues, socializing, learning from each other, and experiencing our culture.

Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).

This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
