Eventbrite’s “small but mighty” Research Team is growing. Having proven our value, we will be adding new team members in the months ahead. We are looking to hire new teammates in multiple locations, at multiple levels in their careers, and with quantitative research methods experience. Collectively, we’ll impact both company-level strategy and feature-level user experience.
In this role, you will work in varied research studies appropriate to your level and specialization, collaborate with fellow researchers and cross-functional teammates as we synthesize learnings across projects, and collaborate on research ops and infrastructure as we collectively evolve our processes, practices, and tools. Working for a two-sided Marketplace, understanding user motivations that help acquire, activate, and return them to hosting live events, and/or users attending events and how to help them find what they are looking for and connect with likeminded people.
. UX Researcher specialized in quantitative methods
. Experienced working across a domain and number of squads
. Experience with quantitative research tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, Gandia
