Beam is seeking a highly motivated co-op student to join our Exceptional Beam IT team from July - December! The individual will be responsible for hardware/software asset management cleanup, computer builds for new hires, and resolving end-user technical issues. This position requires strong interpersonal skills while incorporating the needs of the end user, as well as critical thinking to solve problems with technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain and administer end user computer devices and related computing environments including software, hardware, and configurations.
- New hire deployments, hardware refresh deployments.
- Document process and procedures for technical and end user knowledge-base.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a college diploma or technical institute degree.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, multi-tasking skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated to learn and detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
