Responsibilities
- Responsible for utilizing Northside data repositories and external data sources to collect, aggregate and analyze large amounts of data in order to provide valuable and actionable insights for the organization.
- Expertise in deep learning, statistical processing, regression techniques, decision trees, clustering, pattern recognition, probability theory and data science methods and the mathematical theories underlying these data tools.
- This position may develop predictive and prescriptive models to address complex problems, discover insights and identify opportunities using statistical techniques and data mining.
- This position will collaborate and communicate with Northside Departments, including the Quality Department, in order to create analytic measures to drive proactive change and predict outcomes.
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Health Science or proven relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize new technologies with existing technologies, self disciplined and works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
- Proficient in advanced statistical programming languages and methods.
- Proficient in SQL and programming scripting languages.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with translating technical skills into the conceptualized product.
- Ability to develop predictive and prescriptive models on large scale datasets to address various business problems through leveraging advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
