We are searching for our future Clinical Support Specialist, responsible for directly promoting and selling technical/non-technical products and services in the Marmara region. The role involves informing customers of new offerings, managing lead generation, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
What you will do :
- Provide in-depth training on Stryker products to customers, sales representatives and operating room and general healthcare professionals
- Work closely with other team members within the defined region and the regional Sales Manager to ensure the highest levels of customer service
- Support all sales and marketing activities related to the Stryker product group you are responsible for
- Provide demonstrations and user training for the Stryker product group you are responsible for
- Ensure the active devices in the field for the Stryker product group you are responsible for are used with the highest performance and efficiency by keeping up with technological and industry innovations
- Conduct regular visit programs to assess satisfaction among existing customers and submit reports to the Regional Sales Manager
- Monitor on-site observations to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and regularly report to the Regional Sales Manager on this matter
- Develop and conduct demos and training sessions
- Provide application and configuration support for sales representatives
- Assist the relevant Sales Representative in presenting and offering the devices you are responsible for to customers
What You Need:
- A degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field from a university
- Possession of mandatory personnel documents for Sales Promotion and Clinical Support
- Ideally, 2 years of application experience in the medical device industry
- Basic proficiency in English
- Possession of a Class B driver's license and the ability to actively operate a vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- No restrictions on domestic travel
