About the Role

As a B2B Surveys Operational Excellence Intern, you will be reporting directly to the Global Vice President of B2B Surveys. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to learn the fundamentals of research & survey coding for one of the fastest growing product offerings of Dialectica, while actively contributing to key strategic initiatives aimed at product development, operational excellence, and team education within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply the basics of research & survey coding, utilizing the company's suite of relevant tools.
  • Take ownership of project management for critical strategic initiatives focused on product development, operational excellence, and team upskilling.
  • Engage with and manage senior stakeholders including Senior Managers, Vice Presidents, and Heads of various departments.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with non-operational departments such as Finance, Human Resources, IT, and others to support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively, taking full ownership of expected outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
