As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as the day-to-day liaison between your Enterprise clients and Vidmob. The CSM is accountable for client satisfaction and retention, consistently delivering the value of Vidmob for each client engagement and striving to be the best part of your clients’ day. The CSM works in partnership with the Client Partner to drive meaningful success for your clients.
