As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as the day-to-day liaison between your Enterprise clients and Vidmob. The CSM is accountable for client satisfaction and retention, consistently delivering the value of Vidmob for each client engagement and striving to be the best part of your clients’ day. The CSM works in partnership with the Client Partner to drive meaningful success for your clients. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Navigate complex client situations, providing relevant solutions that help clients achieve their goals
  • Successfully onboard clients to the platform, delivering value in a timely and effective manner 
  • Understand and clearly articulate the vision and goals of the partnership
  • Champion the clients’ vision and goals internally, representing them to influence product roadmaps 
  • Partner with creative strategists and creative project managers to deliver value for clients through creative and strategic services at the campaign level and over the lifetime of the client partnership
  • Oversee spend, pacing, and financial reconciliation of assigned accounts. 
  • Identify methods to improve service margin, and adherence to appropriate SLAs 
  • Identify potential opportunities for upsell
  • Guide analytics and creative production by effectively briefing relevant stakeholders and ensuring all deliverables meet the clients’ expectations
  • Leverage strategic precision and creative passion to collaborate with the sales team in developing high quality proposals that answer the clients’ needs 
  • Independently scope pricing for creative and strategic projects
  • Leverage industry and client knowledge to drive continual transformation and adoption of creative data throughout the clients organization

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in managing enterprise clients, with a successful track record of working with Enterprise clients delivering superb client service and achieving goals
  • Proven experience working in related fields (i.e Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, Data Strategy, Creative Strategy) 
  • Experience with social media platforms in a marketing capacity, collaborating with creative, data and media agencies and / or teams within broader marketing organizations
  • Experience working at product/technology company
  • Superb interpersonal skills; you build bridges and have high EQ
  • Strategic and analytical thinker; you connect the dots, and delight in the application of insights to drive performance in creative storytelling
