About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations temp to assist our team in our NYC office for the next three months.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Charlie Health employees by responding to incoming emails/calls/requests and answering questions, providing solutions, and/or escalating requests to more senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date, compliant employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Process new hire paperwork including I-9s and entering new hires into Charlie Health’s payroll system.
  • Draft and process promotion letters and separation agreements, ensuring all information is correctly added into UKG. 
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes commuting distance of the office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
