We are seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Finance Graduate Program. This rotational program offers a unique opportunity for talented graduates to gain hands-on experience in different areas of finance, including Accounting, Corporate Development, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Throughout the program, participants will receive mentorship, professional development opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership, setting the stage for a successful career in finance.

What You'll Do

• Accounting Rotation:
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and audits.
• Gain exposure to financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Corporate Development Rotation:
• Support the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Assist in conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on merger integration planning and execution.
• Treasury Rotation:
• Assist in managing cash flow, liquidity, and risk management activities.
• Support treasury operations, including cash forecasting, banking relationships, and foreign exchange management.
• Gain exposure to capital markets, debt financing, and investment strategies.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Rotation:
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Prepare financial models, scenario analysis, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

What Are We Looking For

• Must be an Emirati National
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to learn and grow.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply and let our recruiters review your profile. After reviewing, you will receive a link to book a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better. If you have been shortlisted, you will have the opportunity to meet our hiring managers. Depending on the scope of the role and the function, you may need to attend 2-3 rounds (which might include case study, role-play, trial, or live coding - this will be communicated to you in the initial conversation). Upon successful completion, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to take you through this process within 2-3 weeks.
