Working Hours: 20 hours/week with possibility to increase the working hours during semester breaks (lecture-free period)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Team Technical Asset Management in daily business
• Document management to ensure operator responsibility
• Tracking the budget for maintenance measures and maintaining planning assumptions
• Maintenance of the "Argus" asset management planning tool
• Supporting the planning and processing of ESG issues and smart assessments

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Studies in Architecture or Real Estate Management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Initiative and quick comprehension skills as well as an independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good German and good English skills are required
• Collaborative team player
