WalkMe is expanding its new Field Marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a hyper-growth company and help develop the foundation and influence strategy. The Senior, Field Marketing Manager will report directly to the RVP, Field Marketing, Americas. Sales and customer success teams will be important partners as you improve top of funnel growth, customer expansion, and retention through a variety of segment-focused marketing campaigns and tactics. The Senior Field Marketing Manager is an important planning and execution arm with demand generation activity in order to meet the overall pipeline creation/generation goals of the AMER revenue organization.

What You'll Own

  • Develop a trusted relationship with regional sales teams, supporting business and pipeline needs through marketing tactics, activities and programs.
  • Build a plan of execution for high investment 3rd party events to generate pipeline, using various 3rd party vendors such as Evanta, APEX, GDS, etc. 
  • Ownership of program logic, pre-during- post planning & timelines. Strategy for success to achieve demand generation goals for all audiences including C-Suite, executive, director, and practitioner. 
  • Customer cross sell/upsell, by developing, planning and executing WalkMe events from the ground up such as WalkMe user groups, roundtable forums, and executive briefings.
  • Apply consistency and best practices post campaign; promoting outcomes through tracking metrics and communicating ROI.
  • Create new approaches that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and improve customer experience - with a keen focus on the marketing mix including webinars, direct mailers, in person events and virtual experiential activities. 
  • Budget reporting - track marketing expenses ensuring that resources are optimally allocated across initiatives within budget and regularly report to marketing leadership.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ marketing and/or sales experience in high tech
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to high profile accounts that ensure success of an extended ecosystem, designed to scale.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where deadlines for delivery are firm.
  • Data driven, experience in plunging into metrics and reporting success to varied audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving, resourceful execution, and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize independently and delegate tasks to contractors or agencies when appropriate.
  • Budget conscious mentality and respect for company spending process and reporting.
  • Experience preferred with GSuite, Pardot, SFDC, Tableau, and Bizzabo a plus.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $165,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
