Catchpoint Technical Support is looking for recent graduates to be part of our talent pool. This role will provide an opportunity to learn and work with many of our Fortune 500 customers. Our Technical Support team is growing, and the job will allow individuals to learn from some of the best talent in the industry. The individual must have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment. 

What will success look like in this position?

An ATSE will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by delivering prompt responses and updates to maintain SLAs. Over the period of time, they grasp the intricacies of the product to become product SMEs and are able to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities: 

• Complete first response on customer tickets within stipulated SLA’s 
• Provide technical assistance to customers via our ticketing system. 
• Research, analyse, and resolve customer issues and questions
• Contribute actively to product knowledge base and other product related documentation and the blog.
• Collaborate with engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing.
• Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements and validate future feature designs!
• Utilize training provided by Catchpoint to obtain industry standard certifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of the Internet including TCP/IP, CDN, DNS 
• Basic understanding of web applications 
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and or equivalent 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 0-1 year of experience in IT, freshers welcomed.
