Senior Client Finance Manager

Who You Are:

The Senior Client Finance Manager will have experience in Advertising and Client finance. You must have strong Excel skills (think sumif, pivot tables, index, match, etc). In order to succeed, you need to understand Client profitability and how it works, and experience with revenue journal entries. You are someone who can begin to build and maintain great Client relationships, also while making the finance piece seamless and more efficient. A team player who can embrace new media and technology opportunities and can pull together great work with the team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all the fee builds. They will work directly with the business leaders etc on our draft excel templates
  • First draft of the proposal decks
  • Gather info for pitches
  • Have direct relationships with clients on the smaller and easier clients
  • First draft of all revenue forecasts
  • Manage client contract
  • Complete all the journals etc for reporting revenues
  • Manage the accrued revenues and ensure they are in line with expected work and are billed / reversed appropriately
  • Complete ad hoc requests
  • Manage all second-tier client finance matters that you delegate
  • Mange quarterly client project reconciliations
  • Manage monthly client project time and fee analysis
  • Able to work independently
  • Experience working with large teams
  • Experience working with client Procurement.
  • Experience with client contracts

Location:

Given the nature of our Finance team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).

The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 - $120,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
