  • BA Information Technology/Finance
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience creating macros
  • Detail Oriented with strong technical expertise and analytical skills

  • Ability to self-manage multiple tasks
  • Ambitious to learn and grow by absorbing knowledge

  • 2+ years of experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage vendor set-ups and process certain vendor invoices
  • Oversee the timesheet completion and allocation process
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and expense analyses
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly closing reports
  • Analyze and review budgets and expenditure trends
  • Assistance with ad hoc financial analyses

Location:

Given the nature of our Finance team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).

The annual salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
