Supermicro is actively seeking an Application Validation Engineer who will play an important role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our motherboard, server system, and related server component products. This position involves actively participating in the testing and validation processes of our cutting-edge products, meticulously designed with state-of-the-art technology. This role will be collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, contributing significantly to the resolution of quality issues and the assurance that our products meet both engineering and customer specifications. This position will actively support Research and Development engineering activities, encompassing pre-and-post product release endeavors such as white-box design verification, BIOS/IPMI testing on board products, and system-level black-box testing.

Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
