The Marketing Data Analytics Specialist is a professional who will fuel our digital transformations towards customer centricity with safe, accurate, current and reliable data and enable our leaders to take data driven decisions.

Working as part of Customer Insight Team as Marketing Data Analytics Specialist, he/she will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining various Marketing reporting & analytical activities.

The postholder will play an active role in enriching Marketing reporting systems and dashboards by maintaining the critical data to be captured, ensuring the quality and compliance to the data standards and policies. They are key contributors to sound, timely, and actionable reports based on data coming from various sources, both internal and external, with the objective to enable the marketing organization to maximize business impact. 

In addition, he/she will perform accuracy checks to ensure that data are transmitted consistently from source systems into analytical and reporting tools. He/she will also propose ways to improve processes and data accurance, both by automazing data collection that are currently not, and updatating the process itself.

The postholder will ensure that dashboards are meaningful to stakeholders, that all relevant KPIs are present and that data are visualized in the best way to be easily understandable and actionable to the recipients.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Data Analytics Specialist will focus on the business data for Marketing and related fuctions. This will include customer data, campaign and promotions data, customer value and engagement scores, Channel Partner data, customer data and third party data. It will also encompass with product and commercial data such as opportunity, leads and purchase. He will ensure all inputs, automated and manual, are properly sourced to update marketing reports and dashboard according to deadline.

Essential Jop Functions

  • Supporting the Data Model developing track during definition / implementation / upgrade / deployment steps, ensuring that timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Support the data acquisition strategy to ensure that desired levels of breadth and quality are achieved
  • Building meaningful and insightful dashboards, leveraging business data
  • Support initiatives for data management improvements
  • Work with other collegues and build effective relationships (e.g. other team members, IT etc.) 
  • Be accountable for data management status, progress and success and communicate it
  • Support the design of the optimized, secure and efficienct tech-infrastructure in close cooperation with stakeholders to intake and store Marketing data for the best use of it such as targeting, analysis, insight generation, performance reporting etc.
  • Monitor and sustain the data quality and compliance 
  • Documenting BI & Reporting Solutions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Educated to degree level, technical matters (Engineering, economics, computer science, or related field)
  • At least 3-4 years experience in driving data quality initiatives, joining data from disparate systems and finding new ways to provide data consumers easy access to the information they need 
  • Knowledge of Power BI and DAX, SQL, Excel at an advanced level
  • Basic knowledge about Power Platform like MS Power Automate, Power Apps, Sharepoint.
  • Basic knowledge about Python libraries like Pandas, Numpy, EDA, matplotly etc.
  • Very good communications skills when working with teammates who may be either data-driven or more qualitative 
  • Team player with positive “Can‐do” attitude and enough charisma to lead without authority 
  • Practical experience of working in analytical activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills – able to present thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely to a senior audience.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Creativity to conceptualize new ideas, with the ability to turn them into a practical reality.
  • Clarity of thought, critical and Analytical thinking skills are must
  • Capable of working within a matrix style of management 
  • Excellent time management 
  • Good communication and presentation skills 
  • Having an in depth understanding of main Company Finance parameters
  • Fluent English
  • Resillience to work under constant pressure with calmness and composure.
