Major Responsibilities: 

  • Daily billing file upkeep. Monthly invoicing, Month-end activities, Fuel reconciliation, Biweekly and monthly payroll reconciliation, and true-up. 
  • Administering accounts payables and receivable 
  • Fare and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepares and reviews all location financial files.
  • Prepares journal entries as needed.
  • Analyzes financial reports and records, making recommendations.
  • May audit and proof accounting or other reports for clerical accuracy and conformance to departmental, county, and state procedures.
  • Responsible for preparing annual budget with assistance from GM and Staff
  • Maintain vacation, sick and personal time off trackers for all CBA/Regular employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting with billing and daily fare count.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with at least one year of experience is required. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organized.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
  • Understanding and following complex oral and written instructions and technical or legal terminology.
  • Team player and quick learner
  • Excellent computer skills (M.S. Office)
  • Process improvement minded, and ability to adapt quickly to business changes/needs.
