Responsibilities

  • ISR will undergo continued pharmacogenomic and product sales training
  • Develop and maintain relationships with field sales team and management
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and their staff about pharmacogenomic testing and the benefits for their patients.
  • Responsible for all healthcare provider lead qualification from digital and referral sources to increase opportunity value and conversion of newly registered clinicians.
  • Train and onboard non-targeted accounts to first order conversion.
  • Develop strategy to drive demand in non-targeted field accounts
  • Proactively contact provider offices to educate, address questions and maintain Myriad Neuroscience presence when sales territories are open or Molecular Sales Consultants (MSC) are on leave.
  • Source new opportunities through company programs utilizing outbound cold calls and emails
  • Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification and follow-up
  • Inside Sales Support for Vacant Territory
  • Consistent touch points (with call goals)
  • Progress ISR targeted accounts by educating on patient identification, submission of tests, and office processes
  • Administrative Duties
  • The Inside Sales Representative will be in the phone approximately 90% of the time and may be expected to travel 1-2 nights/month for field travel or meetings.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree recommended
  • A minimum of two years sales experience and CRM/lead management preferred.
