Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains plant-wide production standards data.
• Establishes consistent production standards and evaluates existing standards on a regular basis.
• Maintains time study documentation as required to implement and support incentive standards; ensures all distributed documentation is accurate.
• Provides Industrial Engineering support for standard costing.
• Maintains standard practice instructions (SPIs).
• Sets incentive standards using accepted engineering methods.
• Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be pursuring a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technology, or equivalent
