We are looking for accounting/ finance graduates with relevant business finance experience with a sound knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis domain.

In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a dynamic business environment while being a good team player.

Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Annual Budget planning, Monthly and Rolling forecasting activity for revenue and all cost lines in Pnl, in complex and diverse business models
  • Monthly Pnl analysis and reporting through dashboards
  • Business reviews with plan vs actual performance and in-depth analysis with key financial levers
  • Provide strong functional support to Business and working closely with multiple stakeholders to facilitate decision making
  • Manage monthly close timelines and partner with controllership teams

Interact with the Business/Accounting teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate swift actions

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • CA/ MBA Finance

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

  • Relevant years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in IT Services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle leadership discussions
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills 

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
