LOCATION: Company headquarters office in Frisco, Texas 

COMPENSATION: $20 - $30/hr (DOE)

SCHEDULE: In-Office M-Th, Remote Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily communication with Customers, Sales and Brokers
  • Receive/enter and maintain orders for ship date and accuracy
  • Serve as backup for other customer service reps
  • Utilize system reports to perform various job functions
  • Work with Sales to clear customer deductions and process check requests
  • Work closely with Logistics to ensure customer requests are met, i.e., on time deliveries
  • Work closely with production planning/warehouse to ensure customer order requirements are met, i.e., order/case fill rate
  • Assist/cover for AR Specialist as needed, including but not limited to posting cash receipts, making collection calls, working with Sales/Brokers on past due accounts
  • Run credit reports and contact credit references

SKILLS:

  • Associates Degree and 3-5 years of applicable experience
  • Entry level Accounting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with standard business computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Infor M3 experience a plus
  • Must be able to type at 40 wpm and have excellent phone skills
