Job Responsibilities:

  • at least 4 years of Gold - Nikel - Teflon plating experience
  • Act as QMS ISO 9001 committee secretary, draws up, review and control QMS, IATF document, quality procedures, work instructions and workflow, stay up-to-date and follow document control of QMS, IATF
  • Lead quality improvement, sustain actions have deployed in shop floor, monitors and reports on quality-related team KPIs
  • Support and conduct internal/external audits, manage audit results, actions and completion within agreed timeframes.
  • Handle customer complaints and query regarding quality, investigates and ensure conformance to customer requirements

  • Requirements:
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferable or Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Skills and competencies:
  • Minimum 6-year experience work as Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance in multinational manufacturing company
  • Knowledgeable and experience in ISO 9001 is a required, have experience about QC08000 is a plus, IATF
  • Knowledgeable in machining (stamping preferred) and tools or die equipment, fabrication process
  • Familiar with 8D disciplines, 5Why, statistical analysis and QC 7 tools are preferable
  • Strong communication in English both oral and written, interpersonal, team player and capable to lead team
