Job Description

As a member of our dynamic Account Payable team, your role includes:

  • Prepare payment vouchers and upload them to the bank portal according to specified timelines and confirmations.
  • Handle ad-hoc payments swiftly and accurately as required.
  • Keep vendors in the loop by updating them on the status of their invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating Statements of Account (SOA) and conducting vendor reconciliations upon request.
  • Ensure compliance by preparing withholding tax and tax documentation for relevant transactions.
  • Assist in addressing questions related to bank reconciliation open items.
  • Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant parties as needed.
  • Uphold established policies and procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
  • Address and resolve queries or issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the Team Lead when necessary.
  • Provide backup support to other team members when required, fostering a culture of teamwork and support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them effectively to the Team Lead.

To thrive in this role, here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Dynamic, result-oriented, with a "can do" attitude towards challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience using Oracle software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai, both spoken and written.
  • Immediate availability to start work.
