Job Description: 

Strategic Planning and Business Growth: - Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion and growth opportunities in India - Identify new customer segments, partnerships, and product offerings through market analysis and competitor research in partnership with regional strategy office - Collaborate with India Sales GM and APJ Sales Operation Leader to align on strategies and initiatives KPI Delivery and Performance Management: - Set clear KPIs for the sales team aligned with business goals (Billings, Consumption, Design, Deal) - Monitor performance metrics, analyze progress, and implement corrective actions Sales Process Optimization and Transformation: - Optimize sales processes using Best Known Methods (BKMs) to drive efficiency - Act as local champion for sales transformation initiatives, improving processes, enhancing sales effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement People Development and Collaboration: - Enable teams to execute strategies, set clear goals, and maintain accountability - Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and mentorship - Foster a productive work environment, promoting Intel values, effective communication, and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Proven experience in sales operations management, strategic planning, and business development. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decisions. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets. - Experience working in a multinational corporation and familiarity with the semiconductor industry is a plus.
