It’s our Director of Finance’s job to oversee a multi-faceted business with multiple P & Ls. The ideal candidate is an agile leader comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong skills and experience in the areas of financial strategy, analysis, forecasting, data strategy and daily operations. 

What Winning Looks Like: 

• Report monthly financial performance, review budgets, ensures we maintain strong financial position
• Leading and mentoring Accounting and Finance team members
• Oversee budget completion within timelines and communicate to key stakeholders
• Evaluate opportunities to make the process better/more efficient
• Manage financial reporting and ensure executive stakeholders have visibility into key reports and metrics they need to run their business and make good business decisions

Skills needed to win: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of working experience in a financial role
• Experience with systems financial oversight and implementation preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability

$79,400 - $130,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

• Range depends on level of skills and overall experience
