Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Washington, D.C. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Financial Analyst assists the BOD Director in the conduct of program financial assessment and management of CBP programs.
  • Perform analysis in support support required for cost, schedule, and performance oversight on CBP programs.
  • Support BOD in evaluating overall “program health” by identifying financial, budgetary, and funds execution issues and trends in the support of CBP and DHS-level ADE events, ARBs, and Portfolio Reviews.
  • Share their expertise in tiger teams and across all facets of the Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Accountability (PPBA) process and products, assist in preparation for reviews, develop acquisition documentation, spend plans, and all program financial management efforts for a CBP program office.
  • Advise programs on the use and maintenance of business cases in INVEST and develop INVEST products for BOD program reviews as required.
  • Based on expertise and research, they provide recommendations for Office of Management and Budget (OMB), DHS, and the General Accounting Office (GAO) questions, reviews and audits. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • A master's degree
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Federal acquisition, systems engineering, financial management and lifecycle logistics practices and policies. DHS Reporting Requirements experience including the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) E300.
  • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Desire Qualifications:

  • Experience organizing, directing, and managing business operations functions across the acquisition lifecycle involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
  • Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization.
  • Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and execute technical requirements related to financial planning, project scheduling, cost estimating, and planning, programming, budgeting, and accountability (PPBA) for IT and/or Non-IT Systems across the Acquisition Lifecycle.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
