Job Description Summary

As a Piping & Supports Design Engineer you will be responsible for pipe routing and supports design in 3D Model, and issue the isometrics, support drawings, piping layout GA drawings and MTOs for piping & supports as per projects requirements for nuclear power plants.

All activities have to comply with the Quality and EHS rules of the Company within his area.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Activities include pipe routing in PDMS, clash check, support design with LICAD, isometrics preparation, hangers/supports drawings preparation.
  • Must be fully conversant with PDMS / E3D and have good working knowledge in all the various design and draft modules.
  • Must ensure the activities are carried out respecting the company rules, Work instructions, EHS requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in the design of large Nuclear / fossil power projects
  • Good knowledge of PDMS / E3D

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong oral communication
  • English language skills
