About the role

We are seeking a passionate Product Designer Intern to join us as a member of our small multidisciplinary design team, designing cutting-edge cybersecurity products tailored to small businesses. 

If you would like to be embedded into a product team, to gain hands-on experience in the product development process, hone your creative problem-solving skills by designing intuitive and user-friendly solutions for cybersecurity applications and services, learning how to work in a collaborative environment, gain communication and analytical thinking skills, and acquire experience in app design, we would love to hear from you. 

You will be closely collaborating with experienced Senior Product Designer who will guide you through your work and will be happy to share knowledge through frequent one-on-one sessions. You will also be a part of a bigger design team that will provide support as well. 

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Learn the importance and tactics of researching user needs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to define problems and design solutions. 
  • Create, iterate, and refine product design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. 
  • Develop user-centered designs that use an in-house design system and best practices in user experience. 
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions. 
  • Participate actively in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings. 
  • Participate in product strategy and roadmap discussions. 

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

  • Studying design, product management, or engineering-related fields. 
  • Interest in graphic, UX, or product design as well as product development and business. 
  • Willingness to learn and contribute from the start. 
  • Work as part of the team. Able to receive and give feedback. 
  • Conversational English for both written and spoken communication. 

Length of Internship: 3 months (24th of June - till 30th of September)
