Position Purpose
Within Finance Solutions Office (FSO), OFS Production Controls is a team in charge of performing preliminary daily controls for the streamlined functioning of the Finance central system - OFS. The results of several consistency or analytical controls under OFS PC responsibility form the basis for detecting incidents or data quality anomalies occurring in the financial data processing. These results are paramount for defining the root causes and alerting different cross-Finance actors responsible for the actions of correcting the anomalies.
This position aims to create within OFS PC a PMO officer responsible for producing reliable KPIs on the status of the controls, the trend of the results during the time, as well as remediation actions for ensuring successful functioning of OFS and foolproof data delivered to Finance teams.
Responsibilities
The Project Management Officer will be responsible for structuring, monitoring and communicating metrics for development and strengthening the OFS Production Controls activities across our organization.
He/she will support the transformation of the team acting as a facilitator for the various transformational initiatives and rollout affecting the OFS production controls team.
As a KPI Communication leader, the PMO will develop and implement the OFS PC communication strategy within and outside the team. He/she will produce a set of KPI based on the results of preliminary controls performed in the current activity of team. The KPI are transversal and impacting several reporting to support and project teams.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
At least 7 years of experience in project management and coordination of complex organisational and multicultural environment with below skill sets:

n 7+ years of experience in Financial domain within Banking sector
n Experience of working in Global work environment across cultures appreciated
