The Role: 

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for all planning and analysis relating to the e-Commerce channel, as well as the provision for supporting HOKA marketing and reporting for all Deckers brands and channels across EMEA. You will highlight areas of risk and opportunity and communicate these to the Head of FP&A, to challenge key stakeholders to drive brand objectives. 

The ideal candidate is adaptable to interact with all areas of the business, and have great analytical skills to interpret and manipulate pure financial information into insightful analysis. 

Your Impact: 

• Own the preparation of the Annual Marketing Plan, and subsequent forecast updates 
• Support the e-Commerce and Marketing teams 
• Challenge and critique stakeholder plans/forecasts by use of commercial awareness and historic data/trends 
• Report on business performance through Brand reporting packs 
• Manage FP&A Analyst and support the Head of FP&A 

Who You Are: 

• You are analytical and can interpret and present non-financial information effectively 
• A natural leader 
• You’re comfortable with dealing with complexity 
• You have a high standard of accuracy with statistical data 

We would Love to Hear from People with: 

• Strong experience as an FP&A Manager 
• Fully qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) 
• Exposure to Pan-European/Multi-currency experience 
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
