Job description

In your new role you will:

• Drive Business Intelligence by using data to inform decision-making through historical and current insights. Offer actionable insights based on existing data, supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Translate business requirements for functional solution into clear AI scope & objectives concept for operation with Digitalization/AI technology solutions
• Lead as Business Analytics, apply the science of analyzing data to predict future outcomes and trends by providing insights into future trends, enabling proactive decision-miking for growth and operational efficiency.
• Drive and collaborate with Domain Expert, Develop new AI enablement concept for Operation.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree / MSc./ PhD. in Data Sciences or in Engineering disciplines (Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Software).
• More than 5 years preferably with Semiconductor Engineering / Operation, Assembly-to-Test processes knowledge
• Preferably PJM certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) or experience or equivalent.
• Software programming (e.g. Python, SQL, BI, Tableau).
• Good communication and analytical skill.
• JIRA tool, AGILE software development platform.
• Ability to get things done through others with good follow up skills.
