What pillars make up Kellanova Total Health and why are they important?

There are four pillars that make up our Total Health Framework here at Kellanova. We have physical health, financial health, social health, and emotional health. When we engage in each four of these pillars, whether that's meeting our physical fitness goals, whether it's meeting our saving and investment goals through financial health, whether it's connecting with others through social health, or really taking the time to invest in ourselves and our wellbeing through emotional health, we not only can bring our full and true selves into work, but we also can serve our families and our communities to the best of our abilities.
