THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to help lead our Application Framework engineering team in our Developer Lifecycle organization. The Application Framework team works to create application tooling that is used company-wide to support large-scale complex application microservice architectures across several dozen target deployment locations under unique geographic and regulatory constraints. This team defines our microservice architecture (schemas, protocols, API Gateways), secrets distribution systems, new application templates, etc.. that enables application developers to efficiently maintain their apps.
You will have established Software Engineer capabilities. You’re excited to learn how to develop and grow Engineers and will start out with a small number of line-reports to put your learnings to the test. You’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding employee experience tailored to your line report’s individual needs. You’ll be responsible for leading smaller projects or features within a team. The applicable salary range for this position is $133,000 - $166,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
