Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Manila, Philippines

Role Summary:

Genesys is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Analyst to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role the primary responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): 

• Understands and completes assigned tasks on time
• Identifies and initiates process improvement
• Coaches entry-level team members on processes and procedures
• Documents processes, workflows, etc..
• Supports internal, external and other regulatory audit requirements
• Exposure to either one of the Finance functions, i.e., Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Order to Cash, Business Finance, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, RTR, etc.)
• Adhoc tasks as may be assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• BS Accountancy, preferred
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• Attention to details
• Basic ERP system knowledge
• Basic Communication skills both written and oral
• Novice Stakeholder Management skills
• Novice Negotiation and Conflict Resolution skills
• Novice Problem Solving skills
• Basic Technical Accounting Competency
• Willingness to rotate to different teams when and where support is needed
