As a Junior Compliance Training Specialist in Compliance Trainings, your role will be to develop innovative legal and compliance training materials, collaborating with functional specialists to enhance continuous learning. You will participate in onboarding and training initiatives, assess course effectiveness, and work with stakeholders to implement new strategies. Your efforts will contribute to fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will support the development training and awareness material in the area of Legal and Compliance using different and innovative ways of imparting knowledge.
- Together with specialists in functions find solutions and creative ideas for the continuous improvement of learning.
- You will accompany our onboarding, training and awareness campaigns through to the follow-up of the training implementation and take part in monitoring the effectiveness of course materials, reviewing feedback, and modifying/revising course materials.
- You will partner with many internal stakeholders and external training organizers to develop awareness and training materials as well as successfully implement initiatives with the stakeholders from the Legal & Compliance.
- You will be part of the global team and also have the opportunity to engage in regular Compliance activities in the various Countries from the Eastern Europe Sub-region.
What You Bring
- We welcome applications from fresh graduates holding degrees in business administration, law, or communication sciences.Limited experience in training, education, communication, legal, or compliance is appreciated, but not mandatory.

- Excellent presentation skills are crucial, while any experience in training or expertise transfer is highly appreciated.You have theoretical knowledge about training content development, from storyboarding and script development to module design.
- You have effectively utilized your knowledge of online communication (including websites and analytics) along with your IT skills (such as MS Office and video editing)
- Fluency in English (C1) is required; proficiency in German and/or other languages is beneficial.
- You have the ability to work independently, manage tasks, and excel in a global team with a progressive mindset.
- You demonstrate cultural sensitivity, ensuring smooth interactions with international colleagues and a harmonious work environment.

We are a specialized team within the International Legal & Compliance Governance organization at Siemens Energy, with colleagues based in Erlangen and Munich. Holding a central role, we are tasked with the preparation and ongoing maintenance of the legal and compliance training framework across the entire Siemens Energy organization on a global scale.
