Job Descriptions

As a Technical Manager of Analog Design based in Ha Noi - a new site of Synopsys, this critical role is to work on the latest technologies with circuit team, layout team of yours and from other teams in Viet Nam and global. You will report to the Senior Manager of the Analog Design Group and act as a project lead to work with the top customers in the industry and the latest process. As a project lead, you are also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the circuit and layout group to drive customer satisfaction. You also have the responsibility to recruit and grow the team in Ha Noi for Synopsys Analog Mixed Signal group.

• Lead and Design circuit for Analog IPs like High Speed IOs, PLL, DLL, Bandgap, Clock trees, Calibration circuits... for UCIe, Die to Die, DDR, HBM, Serdes PHY of Synopsys.
• Will be trained to Lead a full top PHY project and then progress to multiple PHY projects.
• Work closely with layout team to make sure layout quality. Perform post layout verifications.
• Design analysis and solve problems of noise, margin, signal integrity, power integrity.
• Complete all design quality checks and data quality checks
• Do design reviews across global team
• Work with digital/system engineer to integrate analog designs into mixed signal system. Perform mixed signal verification which combining both analog and digital blocks.
• Design test chip architecture to test analog designs.
• Collaborate with Lab team to debug silicon. 
• Join research programs to implement new ideas for future products and flows.

Skills Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, Telecommunications.
• 10+ years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Design.
• 5+ years of experience in Design Management, Project Lead positions
• 5+ years of experience of managing team
• Good with people skills
• Passionate about people and technology
